By accessing or using BBpoly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. You acknowledge and agree that you are not permitted to access, use or trade with the Contracts on the Platform if you are residing in, a citizen of, organized in or located in the following Restricted Jurisdictions: Australia, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Ontario, Poland, Quebec, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam; or a jurisdiction or territory that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide, territory-wide, or regional economic sanctions by the United States, including but not limited to Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

3. Prediction Markets

BBpoly operates prediction markets where users trade outcome shares using $KOINS or USDC. All markets resolve based on publicly verifiable real-world outcomes.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing on BBpoly constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Participation involves risk. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not manipulate markets, create fake accounts, exploit bugs, or engage in any conduct that disrupts fair market operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on BBpoly is owned by or licensed to BBpoly. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

BBpoly is not liable for any losses arising from market outcomes, technical issues, or third-party actions. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
